ER-GE is a company of highly qualified civil and environmental engineers, architects, engineering and financial consultants, providing services especially in the field of environmental engineering planning, design and supervision of construction and operation. Since 1982, the company has successfully completed many international comprehensive projects under the guidance and management of engineers and architects with 35 years or more professional experience.

PLANNING

Preparation of master plans, feasibility studies, detailed projects reports and preliminary design concerning the requirements of the Client and the local (environmental, topographical, geological, hydrological and other necessary) conditions.

DESIGN AND BIDDING

Expert design of any kind of structure beginning with preliminary phase and than continued with application and construction phases thoroughly and methodically considering all aspects including architectural, electrical and land-scaping issues. If required, bidding documents such as bid invitation letter, bidding specification, conditions of contract, general conditions, special conditions, special and technical specifications and bill of quantities are prepared in accordance with FIDIC specifications and the necessary assistance to the Employer for bidding and tender evaluation are provided.

PROJECT MANAGAMENT

The main objective of the project management is to provide assistance to support the Project Management Unit of the Employer during the implementation of the project. The assistance services include the strengthening of the Employer in institutional, financial and technical respect.

CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION

ER-GE offers a comprehensive range of supervision services for all types of facilities during construction phase and ensures conformance of the construction to the specifications and standards.In addition to the supervision of the construction such as project control, quality of materials and workmanship, dimensional control, reinforcement, concrete quality and necessary laboratory and field testing, other activities such as conformity with the work programme, monthly certificates, monthly reports and cash flow evaluations are rendered.

OPERATIONAL SUPERVISION

During operation and maintenance period until keeping a constant watch over the operating efficiency supervision of the plant is necessary. The services provided are to set long term plans for staffing, training, scheduling, documentation and maintenance.
