Supervision of drilling 250 Boreholes with average depth of 60 m in three districts of Gaza Province, including lining the borehole, filtering and borehole development, disinfection and flow test. Supervision of installation of hand pump for each borehole and concrete supporting deck. All the Supervision Work is undertaken according to FIDIC regulations within 20 months. Preparation of Primary Report, Geophysical Survey Report, Willingness to Pay Survey Report and preparation of detailed design drawings for Small Piped System (SPS) for 2 specific villages in Gaza Province.
Two SPS includes construction of 30 km PE pipelines and related valves and connections, drilling of 8 boreholes and installation of Electro-Pumps, construction of 2 concrete elevated tanks each with capacity of 50 m3 and Workshop Building, Installation onsite disinfection units, Construction of Feeding Fountains (Public Taps) and limited house connections and installation of Solar Power Supply System. Preparation of Tender Documents, Technical Specifications and BoQ. Support the Client for Tendering Phase and evaluation of bidders. Supervisions construction of Two SPS according to FIDIC regulations within 10 months. Defect Liability Period for 12 months. This project has been financed by Islamic Development Bank (IDB).
Services:
Project Management Consultancy (PMC) consists: Control and confirm whole activities of Engineer and Contractors, including Tender Documents, Contractual and Claims, Financial Control and matching the project progression with IDB's regulations as well as FIDIC's rules and specifications.
